Deann Daniel is responsible for the comfort, well-being and satisfaction of each resident of Vi at Highlands Ranch. She oversees every aspect of the community, including the quality of service, amenities, programs and care provided to residents. Deann holds an administrator's license from the California Department of Social Services.
As Associate Executive Director, Bridget helps the Executive Director to manage the personalized delivery of quality services, amenities, programs and care. Bridget brings extensive executive and managerial experience in senior living to Vi at Highlands Ranch. She earned her master's in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Linda Bullock oversees every aspect of the care center at Vi at Highlands Ranch, from the quality of the resident experience and care to communications with family members. She is a member of the multidisciplinary Vi at Highlands Ranch care team, which works with each resident and his or her family and physician to develop a plan of care. Linda has 25 years of experience in ambulatory care, acute care and long-term care. She earned her master's degree in public health-health administration from Columbia University in New York City. She is a licensed nursing home administrator in three states and a certified assisted living administrator in Colorado.
William Kirschner is responsible for operational accounting for Vi at Highlands Ranch. He oversees all accounting functions and is responsive to resident accounting requests and questions. William has 20 years of public and private accounting experience. He earned his master's degree in accountancy from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a certified public accountant in the State of Colorado.
As Executive Chef, Gregory Strickland oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Vi at Highlands Ranch, including menu creation and food preparation. Gregory has more than 19 years of experience in the culinary arts and has served as chef at several fine restaurants and resorts. He is a certified executive chef, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.
John Murray is responsible for every aspect of the dining experience at Vi at Highlands Ranch, from table reservations and settings to the personalized service each resident receives. He has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is a certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.
Paul Kinard is responsible for maintaining every aspect of the setting at Vi at Highlands Ranch. He has extensive experience in the construction and service industries, specializing in building, renovating and maintaining retirement communities, and earned his bachelor of science degree in construction management from Colorado State University.
Naomi Loebl enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through oversight and management of the human resources function at Vi at Highlands Ranch. She recruits and develops top employees who have a passion for working with older adults.Naomi is currently working toward her master's degree in human resources from DePaul University.
Jeanne Adams oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more. In this role, Jeanne creates and implements lifestyle-enriching programs that contribute to each resident's whole-person wellness. Jeanne has an extensive background in fitness, wellness and education and has studied yoga for seniors at Duke University. She holds a master's degree in education.
Toni Haag, RN, is responsible for the quality of care and services provided to residents of Vi at Highlands Ranch. As Director of Nursing, Toni works with the Care Center Administrator, the resident's personal physician and the consulting medical director to develop the plan of care for each resident. Toni's nursing career spans more than 30 years, during which time she has been certified as both a rehabilitation and gerontology nurse. She also holds a degree in health care management.
As Sales Director, Angela provides leadership to the sales team and develops and maintains strong relationships with prospective and future residents and other members of the surrounding community. Angela brings more than 10 years of senior living experience to her role at Vi.
