Deann Daniel is responsible for the comfort, wellbeing and satisfaction of each resident of Vi at Highlands Ranch. She oversees every aspect of the community, including the quality of service, amenities, programs and care provided to residents. Deann holds an Assisted Living administrator's license from the California Department of Social Services.
As Associate Executive Director, Bridget helps the Executive Director to manage the delivery of services, amenities, programs and care. Bridget brings extensive executive and managerial experience in senior living to Vi at Highlands Ranch. She earned her master's in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
William Kirschner is responsible for operational accounting for Vi at Highlands Ranch. William has 20 years of public and private accounting experience. He earned his master's degree in accountancy from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a certified public accountant in the State of Colorado.
As Executive Chef, Greg Strickland oversees the culinary program for Vi at Highlands Ranch, including menu creation and food preparation. Greg has more than 19 years of experience in the culinary arts and has served as chef at several fine restaurants and resorts. He is a certified executive chef, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional. In addition, Greg has been selected by Hormel Foods and the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) to participate in its Culinary Enrichment and Innovation Program.
John Murray is responsible for the dining experience at Vi at Highlands Ranch, from table reservations and settings to the service each resident receives. He has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is a certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.
Paul Kinard, CEOE, is responsible for maintenance at Vi at Highlands Ranch. He has extensive experience in the construction and service industries, specializing in building, renovating and maintaining retirement communities. He earned his bachelor of science degree in construction management from Colorado State University.
Naomi Loebl oversees the human resources function at Vi at Highlands Ranch. Naomi is currently working toward her master's degree in human resources from DePaul University.
Jeanne Adams oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more. Jeanne has an extensive background in fitness, wellness and education and has studied yoga for seniors at Duke University. She holds a master's degree in education.
