Todd Miller is responsible for the comfort, wellbeing and satisfaction of each resident of Vi at The Glen. He oversees every aspect of the community, including the quality of service, amenities, programs and care provided to residents.
Cherie Getlin oversees the care center at Vi at The Glen, from the quality of the resident experience and care to communications with family members. She is a member of the multidisciplinary Vi at The Glen care team, which works with residents and their families and physicians to develop a plan of care. A licensed nursing home administrator, Cherie earned her master's degree in health administration from the University of St. Francis in Joliet.
As Sales Director, Sian Moynihan manages the sales team and represents Vi to the larger community. She also serves as a resource to community organizations on the topics of senior living and continuing care. Sian received her Bachelors degree in College of Management, Shannon, Ireland.
Cheryl Chrapkiewicz is responsible for operational accounting for Vi at The Glen and oversees all accounting functions. Cheryl has an extensive background in accounting and finance and is a certified public accountant. She holds a Masters in Accounting from University of Illinois-Chicago.
As Executive Chef, Shep Drinkwater oversees the culinary program for Vi at The Glen, including menu creation and food preparation. A certified executive chef, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional, Shep's culinary expertise was developed during his tenure with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. He has received customized training provided by The Culinary Institute of America on nutrition, healthy cooking and baking techniques, flavor dynamics and food and wine pairing.
Sam Nano is responsible for the dining experience at Vi at The Glen, from table reservations and settings to the personalized service each resident receives. Sam has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality, hotel and senior living industries and is a certified food and beverage executive, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.
John Williams, CEOE, is responsible for maintenance at Vi at The Glen. He has more than 20 years of experience in the hotel industry as well as numerous certifications.
Karen Hertel, CHHE, oversees the housekeeping function for each resident's home as well as the community areas at Vi at The Glen.
Angela Schmidt enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through oversight and management of the human resources function at Vi at The Glen.
Andrea Agazim oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more.
Christine Bernal, RN, is responsible for the quality of care and services provided to residents of assisted living, Alzheimer's and dementia care, and skilled nursing care at Vi at The Glen. Christine has more than 16 years of experience as a registered nurse.
Lori Goldman assists residents with appropriate levels of care and services and interacts with resident and family members on a regular basis.
