As Executive Director, John is responsible for the comfort, wellbeing and satisfaction of each resident of Vi at Grayhawk. He oversees every aspect of the community, including the quality of service, amenities, programs and care provided to residents. John began his tenure with the company as Director of Food and Beverage Operations at Vi at Palo Alto and continued his career at Vi at Silverstone as Associate Executive Director. John is a certified food and beverage executive, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.
Kay Schulz oversees the care center at Vi at Grayhawk, from the resident experience and care to communications with family members. She is a member of the multidisciplinary Vi at Grayhawk care team, which works with residents and their families and physicians to develop plans for care. Kay is a Registered Nurse and Assisted Living Manager, in addition to a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Arts from the University of St. Francis, Joliet, IL.
Miquel Parks is responsible the dining experience at Vi at Grayhawk, from table reservations and settings to the service each resident receives. Miquel has a bachelors degree in Business Management from Menlo College and he is a Certified Dietary Manager. Miquel started with Vi in Palo Alto in 2005.
Robert Davis, CEOE, is responsible for maintenance at Vi at Grayhawk.
Monique Walker, CHHE, oversees the housekeeping function for each resident's home as well as the community areas at Vi at Grayhawk. She has an extensive background in housekeeping management in the hotel and hospitality industry.
Jennifer Prickett is responsible for care and services provided to residents of assisted living, Alzheimer's and dementia care, and skilled nursing care at Vi at Grayhawk. As Director of Nursing, Jennifer works with the Care Center Administrator, the resident's personal physician and the consulting medical director to develop the plan of care for each resident. Jennifer has a master's Degree in Administration with Leadership Emphasis and a bachelors degree in Family Studies from University of Arizona. She also has an Associate Degree in Nursing from Phoenix College.
Amy Ferrari assists residents with appropriate levels of care and services and interacts with resident and family members on a regular basis. Amy holds a bachelors degree in Social Work from Bradley University and a Masters Degree in Public Health - Healthcare Administration from Benedictine University.
As Executive Chef, Vince De Mar oversees the culinary program for Vi at Grayhawk, including menu creation and food preparation. A certified dietary manager, Vince earned his degree in the Culinary Arts from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute.
Lisa Borre oversees the human resources function at Vi at Grayhawk. Lisa graduated from Loyola University Chicago with her master's in business administration and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
As Sales Director, Jan Wiggins manages the sales team and represents Vi to the larger community. She also serves as a resource to community organizations on the topics of senior living and continuing care.
Caitlin McAllister manages the lifestyle department at Vi at Grayhawk. She develops, implements, and maintains lifestyle enriching programs for active older adults with a focus on whole person wellness. Caitlin is a graduate of the University of Portland and has over five years of experience in the areas of marketing, events and public relations.
Michelle Gammage is responsible for the accounting and reporting of operations for Vi at Grayhawk. She is a CPA with a diverse background including 25 years of experience in public accounting, as well various industries, including healthcare. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix.
