As Director of Accounting, Vladimir Sautier oversees all accounting functions and is responsive to resident accounting requests and questions. Vladimir has more than 20 years of experience in the accounting and finance field, including positions with several Fortune 500 companies. He earned his master of business administration degree from Babson College. He currently serves as a member of the Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce and as campaign treasurer for a city of Miami Gardens councilman.
Carla Lehman, RN, is responsible for all aspects of the quality care and services provided to residents of assisted living and Alzheimer's/memory support care at Classic Residence in Hollywood. A dedicated nurse leader throughout her long career, Carla has also served as a nursing instructor.
As Executive Chef, Javier Rios oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence in Hollywood, including menu creation and food preparation. Javier's menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections. Javier developed his culinary expertise in high-end country club settings. He has received customized training provided by The Culinary Institute of America on nutrition, healthy cooking and baking techniques, flavor dynamics and food and wine pairing. He is a certified executive chef, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.
Manny Bonilla is responsible for every aspect of the dining experience at Classic Residence in Hollywood, from table reservations and settings to the personalized service each resident receives. Manny's brings extensive hospitality management experience to Classic Residence.
Pedro Larrea manages maintenance and housekeeping operations at Classic Residence in Hollywood. He has extensive experience in engineering and environmental services.
Lora Walters enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through oversight and management of the community's human resources function. Lora is responsible for recruiting and developing top employees who have a passion for working with older adults.Lora is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Association of Broward County.
David Scism oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more. In this role, David creates and implements lifestyle-enriching programs that contribute to each resident's whole-person wellness. David has been honored with numerous awards for his dedication to the resident experience.
Dan Werksman assists residents with appropriate levels of care and services and interacts with resident and family members on a regular basis. He promotes a healthy, enriching environment at Classic Residence. Dan joined Classic Residence in 1996.
As Sales Director at Classic Residence in Hollywood, Lisa Calvet promotes the benefits of senior living to older adults and their family and friends. Lisa manages the sales team and represents Classic Residence to the larger community. She also serves as a resource to community organizations on the topic of senior living, assisted living and Alzheimer's and dementia care.
