Pricing

At Vi, residents pay a one-time entrance fee and a recurring monthly service fee. Fees vary based on the floor plan and location of your home, and whether you opt to have a portion of your entrance fee returned when you are no longer a resident. If you move to Vi with your spouse, they will also pay a smaller entrance fee and monthly service fee. These fees are to cover incremental services, like activities, dining, and care.

We offer a returnable entrance fee program so residents can choose the entrance fee percentage that will be returned to them, their children, or their estate pursuant to the terms of their residency agreement.
