As a resident of Vi at Bentley Village, care is a part of your residency agreement. Your monthly fees do not increase as a result of moving to a care facility, they only increase due to standard monthly fee increases paid by all members of the community. Your only extra costs are for additional meals and ancillary items.
If you live at Vi with your spouse, and only you require a higher level of care, your spouse will remain in your independent living home when you move to the care center. You will continue to pay only the monthly fees you are both charged for independent living plus charges for additional meals and ancillary items received in the care center.
Fees for In-home Care and Companionship Residents may contract for additional care, companionship, and private duty nursing. Residents pay for these services based on the type and duration of care delivered by Vi staff.
