Pricing

Vi at Bentley Village is a Type A CCRC. At Vi, and other Type A CCRCs, residents pay a one-time entrance fee and a recurring monthly service fee. Fees vary based on the floor plan and location of your home, and whether you opt to have a portion of your entrance fee returned when you are no longer a resident. Monthly service fee increases are generally determined at the beginning of each year. Our sales team can provide you with a history of monthly fee increases.

If you move to Vi with your spouse, they will also pay a smaller entrance fee and monthly service fee.  Learn more about the fee structures for the three types of CCRCs here.

We offer a returnable entrance fee program so residents can choose the entrance fee percentage that will be returned to them, their children, or their estate pursuant to the terms of their residency agreement.
