Monica Phelps oversees the housekeeping function for each resident's home as well as the community areas at Classic Residence in Reno. She has more than 20 years of experience in housekeeping management in the hospitality industry.
Bonnie Wagner enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through oversight and management of the human resources function at Classic Residence in Reno. She recruits and develops top employees who have a passion for working with older adults. Bonnie is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Troy Riley oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more.
