Gail Rankin is responsible for the comfort, wellbeing and satisfaction of each resident of Vi at Silverstone. She oversees every aspect of the community, including the quality of service, amenities, programs and care provided to residents. Gail has more than 25 years of experience in the health care field. She is licensed in Arizona as a nursing home administrator and holds certifications as an administrator-in-training preceptor and as an assisted living manager.
Bonnie Hazelwood oversees every aspect of the care center at Vi at Silverstone, from the quality of the resident experience and care to communications with family members. She is a member of the multidisciplinary Vi at Silverstone care team, which works with residents and their families and physicians to develop a plan of care.
A licensed nursing home administrator and registered nurse, Bonnie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Gerontology and Long Term Care Administration and a Master's in Administration.
As Sales Director, Scott Lacher is responsible for educating prospective residents and area business and community leaders about the benefits of living at Vi at Silverstone. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and International Business and an M.B.A. in Marketing.
Thomas Harper is responsible for operational accounting for Vi at Silverstone. He came to us with 8+ years combined experience in senior living and healthcare. Tom is a CPA and is licensed in Illinois and Arizona. He earned his BS in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
Lynn Sommars is responsible for care and services provided to residents of assisted living, Alzheimer's and dementia care, and skilled nursing care at Vi at Silverstone. As Director of Nursing, Lynn works with the Care Center Administrator, the resident's personal physician and the consulting medical director to develop the plan of care for each resident.
Lynn has an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Regents New York and has received her Long Term Care Director of Nursing certification.
David Stoppenbrink, CEOE, is responsible for maintaining Vi at Silverstone.
Robin Keefe oversees the human resources function at Vi at Silverstone. She has an extensive background in senior living and is certified as a professional in human resources.
Jacqui McCormley oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews and fitness classes.
Judy Choo is responsible for the dining experience at Vi at Silverstone, from table reservations and settings to the personalized service each resident receives.
As Executive Chef, Jeffrey Weston oversees the culinary program for Vi at Silverstone, including menu creation and food preparation. Jeffrey's experience includes some of Arizona's finest country clubs. He earned his culinary arts degree from the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Phoenix and holds certifications from the National Restaurant Association for ServSafe Food Safety and the American Culinary Federation in nutrition. Jeffrey has appeared on Good Morning Arizona, Sonoran Living and Arizona Food & Lifestyles. He is a certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.
Tammy Jo Granado assists residents with appropriate levels of care and services and interacts with resident and family members on a regular basis. Tammy Jo has a background in senior living and health care and holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach and earned her master's degree in Aging and Lifespan Development from Arizona State University.
