In 2012, Vi celebrated its 25th anniversary as
a developer, owner, and operator of residential communities for
older adults. Today the Vi family of communities consists of 10
continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) across the United
States, with corporate leadership committed to providing quality

At Vi, we consider resident satisfaction to be a key measure of
our success. We actively research and listen to the evolving needs
of our residents and prospective residents. Additionally, we survey
our residents biennially to gauge how we're doing. We ask them
about a number of important topics such as housekeeping, food and
beverage services, lifestyle programming, and care.
With more than 90% of Vi residents across all 10 Vi communities
reporting back, the 2014 biennial survey results boast an overall
satisfaction score of 91%. Additionally, 93% of respondents say
they would recommend their community to a family or friend - and
83% of them already have.
These numbers are encouraging to top officials at Vi who
consider the survey results to be an important way to ensure we are
meeting our mission of providing quality environments, services,
and programs that enrich the lives of our residents.
