Vi provides full-time employees and their families with medical, prescription drug and dental coverage at a fair and reasonable cost.

  • Medical and prescription drug: A choice of two comprehensive medical preferred provider organization (PPO) plans, both with prescription drug coverage included.
  • Dental: Coverage under a dental PPO plan.

  • Vision: Coverage for all full-time employees and their eligible dependents at no cost to the employee.

Company-Paid Insurance

The company recognizes that employees need to protect their loved ones and their income. Vi provides the following benefits at no cost for full-time employees:

  • Short-term disability coverage**
  • Long-term disability coverage
  • Business travel accident coverage
  • Employee life insurance and dependent life insurance (additional life insurance may be purchased by the employee)

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

The plan allows employees to contribute on a pre-tax basis to a:

  • Health Care FSA to pay for certain medical, dental and vision costs not covered by insurance
  • Dependent Care FSA to pay for certain eligible child- and elder-care expenses
  • Transit Check Program

Where available, employees may use pre-tax money to pay for their commuting costs, including public transportation expenses and parking costs associated with their employment.

Retirement/401(k) Plan

Employees can set aside money on a pre-tax basis for their retirement. In addition to voluntary employee contributions, the plan features a year-end company matching contribution.

Time Off with Pay

Vi also recognizes that employees need time to rest and relax. We provide employees with time off with pay, including:

  • Bereavement leave
  • Extended illness days
  • Holidays
  • Jury duty
  • Sick days
  • Vacations

Transit Check Program

Where available, employees may use pre-tax money to pay for their commuting costs, including public transportation expenses and parking costs associated with their employment.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

To help employees make progress toward their career aspirations, Vi provides financial assistance through our Tuition Reimbursement Program.

Qualified full-time employees may receive reimbursement for educational expenses, including tuition, textbooks and supplies associated with approved courses .
