Customer Service Training
All new employees participate in our customer service training
programs. We also offer a series of courses, custom training videos
and recurrent training to provide our employees with the tools and
resources to provide exceptional service and care to our
residents.
E-Campus
E-Campus is our award-winning online university with more than
1,000 courses, simulations and resources. Available 24 hours a day,
seven days a week, E-Campus features courses and resources on a
variety of topics, including personal and professional development,
business essentials, software, customer service and sales.
Language Training
Vi offers language training through Rosetta
Stone® for employees who would like to improve their
skills in English as a second language or learn a second
language.
Sales Training
Our sales training is comprised of one-on-one training and
mentoring, classroom and online training and includes access to our
custom Sales Learning Center packed full of courses and
resources.
