Management Development Programs

As part of our focus on developing future leaders, Vi offers an annual management development program. Selected employees participate in a yearlong learning plan filled with courses, experiential learning and mentoring. In 2010, more than 90 employees were selected from our communities to participate in this program.

Vi invests in Harvard Management Mentor Courses, Simulations and Webinars, which draw substantial new research from acknowledged thought leaders to enhance our managers' day-to-day performance. Updated with new concepts and rich media, Harvard Management Mentor includes proven concepts and tools, worksheets and step-by-step guides.

Vi leaders have access to thousands of articles, book chapters and summaries from Harvard Business Publishing and our Executive Library.
