In his position as vice chairman, Kevin Poorman oversees all
legal and policy issues for Vi and other Pritzker-owned companies.
He is also an officer and director for multiple Pritzker
family-owned entities.
Poorman serves on the board of trustees of Loyola University of
New Orleans and is a member of the American, Illinois, and Texas
Bar Associations.
In law school, he was a member of the Order of the Coif, the
Oklahoma Law Review, and the American Indian Law Review. He
received his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Oklahoma,
graduating from law school with highest honors.
