TidePointe, A Classic Residence by Hyatt Recently Named a “Best Place to Work”
Second Consecutive Year Community Wins Statewide Award
Hilton Head Island, SC -
November 5, 2008
TidePointe, A Classic Residence by Hyatt was recently named one
of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. This is the second
consecutive win for the luxury senior living community in the Best
Places to Work in South Carolina small/medium category. TidePointe,
A Classic Residence by Hyatt, once again joins a group of esteemed
local and national businesses in this ranking, including companies
such as Sonoco and Johnson & Johnson, Inc.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to
determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The first part
consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace
policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The
second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee
experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and
the final ranking.
This multiyear initiative is intended to encourage S.C.
companies to focus on, measure and move their workplaces toward
excellence. It was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the
top employers in South Carolina, benefiting the state's economy,
workforce, and businesses. The survey and award program is managed
by Best Companies Group in partnership with the S.C. Chamber of
Commerce; the S.C. Society for Human Resource Management; SC Biz
News, operator of SCJobMarket.com and publisher of the Charleston
Regional Business Journal, the Columbia Regional Business Report,
GSA Business and SCBIZ magazine.
