Care Options Are Tailored to Fit Your Needs

Assisted living:: In our residential assisted living setting, members of our team lend a helping hand with activities of daily living based on each resident's plan of services and care. Our staff, including licensed nurses, monitors and coordinates care needs. Assisted living is available at our continuing care communities and most of our rental communities.

Alzheimer's/memory support care: Our Alzheimer's/memory support program offers supportive care for residents with mild to moderate Alzheimer's or similar cognitive conditions. Alzheimer's/memory care neighborhoods create a sense of familiarity in a family-friendly environment that looks and feels like home. Alzheimer's/memory support care is available at most of our continuing care communities and select rental communities.

Skilled nursing care: Our skilled nursing setting is appropriate for individuals who are recovering from surgery or illness, require concentrated rehabilitation or need ongoing long-term nursing care. Our restorative care philosophy reinforces the healing and rehabilitation process and fosters independence. Skilled nursing care is available at our continuing care communities.

For extra convenience and added comfort, residents can engage a home health care agency, including private duty companion and home health aide services, therapy, wellness programs and more. These services are provided by third parties at an additional cost.*
