Planning Your Future

Becoming a resident of a continuing care retirement community like Vi helps you enjoy today, knowing you've planned for tomorrow.  You can maintain your lifestyle and receive a high quality of care as you age, with less worry about unexpected costs and less effort arranging for services you need.

More Predictable Day-to-Day Costs

For many older adults, the cost of living at our communities is less than or comparable to the day-to-day costs for staying in their own homes, with less worry about unexpected costs for things like a new roof or furnace. The monthly fee paid by residents includes housekeeping, home maintenance, and building maintenance. The same monthly fee includes services like scheduled transportation for shopping and personal shuttle service for nearby appointments, so residents don't need to rely on friends or family for these services.

More Predictable Health Care Costs

Vi Type A CCRC communities also offer a continuum of care, so we can work with you to tailor a plan for assisted living, skilled nursing care, or other health care services. The service and care is offered to you, inclusive of your entrance fee and monthly fee, for as long as you are a resident, plus ancillary charges and additional meals.

We offer entrance fee refund options in most of our communities, so you can plan to leave a portion of your entrance fee to your family or estate.
