The Bar at Grayhawk

Open for: Drinks and light bites (Monday–Saturday)

The Bar at Grayhawk offers a fully stocked bar with top-shelf liquors, seasonal cocktails and fine wines, as well as a selection of shareable small plates.

It’s the perfect spot to savor a pre-dinner drink or grab a quick bite before an evening in Scottsdale.

With no reservations required, this is a flexible way to enjoy a delicious meal in a casual setting while still experiencing the exceptional hospitality and culinary standards you expect.

Carry-out meals

Some nights, you just don’t want to dress for dinner. Order your restaurant meal off the regular menu for complimentary pickup — or delivery straight to your home (for an additional fee).

Ray Anderson Executive Chef

Executive Chef Ray Anderson oversees the culinary program for Vi at Grayhawk, including menu creation and food preparation. Ray was previously the Executive Chef of the Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch and has over 30 years of experience in the food service industry. Ray joined Vi in 2024.
