This limited-time promotion requires prospective residents of Vi at Bentley Village to meet all three of the following promotional offer conditions in order to participate: (1) sign the Provider’s form of Deposit Reservation Agreement for an available Azalea, Hibiscus, Jacaranda or Royal Palm floor plan apartment at Vi at Bentley Village on or before 11:59PM Eastern Time June 30, 2024; AND (2) make an initial deposit payment accepted by the Provider on or before 11:59PM Eastern Time June 30, 2024; AND (3) move into the floor plan apartment selected in the Deposit Reservation Agreement within the time frame agreed upon with the Provider.

Potential savings made part of this limited-time promotion vary and range from $53,850 for single-occupancy on an Azalea floor plan with a 0% entrance fee refund option and up to $220,950 for single-occupancy on a Royal Palm floor plan with an 80% entrance fee refund option. A Deposit Reservation Agreement accepted by the Provider does not guarantee qualification for residency at Vi at Bentley Village.
