Vi recognized as one of the country’s best workplaces in Aging Services™ 2023 by Fortune and Great Place to Work®

September 13, 2023: Vi, a leading national developer, owner and operator of upscale continuing care retirement communities, has once again been honored as one of the country’s top employers in the Aging Services industry. The recently announced Best Workplaces in Aging Services™ 2023 list compiled by Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine ranked Vi No. 4 out of the 25 best places to work in the Aging Services category. This is the fifth consecutive year that Vi has been recognized on this prestigious list. 

The Fortune Best Workplaces in Aging Services™ list is a highly competitive national ranking compiled from survey responses gathered from more than 168,000 employees of Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations in the Aging Services industry. In 2023, 88% of Vi’s employees recognized Vi as a great place to work, 21% higher than a typical U.S. company.
