In addition to our community restaurants, TidePointe also boasts spaces designed for your private events, important meetings and celebrations with loved ones. Whether you’re looking for a larger meeting space or intimate private dining room, we’ve got a space to suit your needs.
Meals your way, every day
Some nights, you just don’t want to dress for dinner. Order your restaurant meal off the regular menu for complimentary pickup — or delivery straight to your home (for an additional fee).

The Magnolia Restaurant offers a fine-dining experience with continental hospitality — with outdoor dining available seasonally.
Our signature restaurant’s menu features nightly specials prepared with the highest quality seasonal foods, which are locally sourced when possible.
Pair your dinner with a glass or bottle of wine from our extensive wine list. (Need a suggestion? Our in-house wine professionals can help you select the perfect pairing.) End on a sweet note with desserts made by our in-house pastry chef.
Open for: Lunch and dinner (Monday–Tuesday, Thursday–Saturday)
On the menu at Calibogue: luxurious long lunches and upscale Lowcountry dinners. Every dish on our menu is crafted with care by our culinary team trained at the Culinary Institute of America.
We prepare each meal with seasonal ingredients and source from local purveyors when possible. A full menu of wine, beer and cocktails is also available to enjoy with your meal.
Open for: Breakfast and dinner (Tuesday–Friday)
Relax over a delicious meal in our casual dining venue, Clubroom. Complimentary continental breakfast is available daily, featuring coffee, fresh fruits, house-made pastries and more to help residents fill up before a busy day.
Dinner is also served with table service, or enjoy any dish from our menu at our full-service bar seating.
Open for: Drinks and light bites (Monday–Saturday)
Sip on a pre-dinner cocktail or kick back with a cold beer after a day at the beach with your friends! Sunset Lounge’s weekly happy hours offer discounted beer, wine and cocktails on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings.
The lounge also boasts a 350-bottle wine room that doubles as an elegant, intimate private dining room where residents can celebrate their milestones.
