What kind of care does Vi at Silverstone offer?
The community provides a continuum of care, which includes assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing services. The assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing services are provided in the care center. The care center is located on the community’s grounds.
Vi at Silverstone is a Type A, or inclusive, Life Plan Community.
A Type A contract provides the most comprehensive continuing care coverage. A Type A contract generally provides for transfer to any of the community’s care venues for an unlimited time at little or no additional cost beyond the monthly fee paid while residing in independent living (including any ongoing monthly fee increases applicable to such independent living unit) and the costs of ancillary supplies and additional meals.

How is eligibility for residency determined?
Each prospective resident completes an application for residency. The completed application will be reviewed by our Resident Evaluation Committee. Those applicants who do not meet the criteria for residency will not be accepted for residency with continuing care coverage.
