Our pricing options
Vi at Bentley Village offers three different pricing options, depending on the return option you choose.
Your entrance fee and monthly fee pay for your apartment home, as well as access to our onsite care center with assisted living, skilled nursing and memory support. Your monthly fee — which is directly tied to the floor plan you choose — also covers a range of services and amenities including home maintenance, housekeeping, wellness programming, dining and transportation.
With all pricing options, annual community-wide monthly-fee increases also apply. Our sales team can provide you with a history of monthly-fee increases on request.
