Elearning! Media Group (EMG) recognized Vi in annual Learning! 100 organizations
Vi Ranked #2 Among Elearning’s Top 100 Organizations
Elearning! Media Group (EMG) recently recognized Vi with a #2 ranking among their annual Learning! 100 organizations for 2015. The rankings were announced as part of The Enterprise Learning! Awards dinner held in Manassas, Virginia in June.  

"The Learning! 100 recognizes the top 100 global learning organizations for high performance,” said Catherine Upton, award chairperson for EMG. “These organizations are innovative, collaborative and have a truly immersive learning culture. Organizations from 2 to 1.6 million employees are honored this year, and shows size does not matter when it comes to making a difference in the learning field."

This is the fifth consecutive year Vi has been the recipient  of the Learning! 100 award and the Company’s highest ranking. “Vi is committed to investing in programs such as Rosetta Stone for employees desiring to learn a new language or improving English as their second language.  Likewise, the Company invests heavily in certification programs as well as a comprehensive online university featuring courses from Harvard Business Publishing,” says Judy Whitcomb, SVP – HR and Learning at Vi.  “We recognize that well-trained and engaged employees contribute significantly to employee engagement, retention and ultimately, customer satisfaction,” she adds.

Each year, the list is comprised of both corporate enterprises, as well as public sector organizations. In addition to Vi, some of this year’s award winners include: Deloitte, Google, IBM, LinkedIn, Starbucks, and USAA.

According to EMG, the Learning! 100 list is a research-based program that provides organizations a benchmark for future development. The rankings are determined by both quantitative and qualitative analysis and applicants are evaluated on three sets of criteria:  EMG’s Learning Culture Index, Collaborative Strategies’ Innovation & Collaboration Ratings, and overall organizational performance. 

The Elearning! Media Group, a collaborative group of 12 media products, includes publications such as Elearning! Magazine, Government Elearning! Magazine, and more. The group aims to serve the learning enterprise market which includes human resources and enterprise learning workplace technologies.
