The newly released Best Workplaces in Aging Services™ 2025 list by Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine ranks Vi at #9, marking the seventh time the company has earned a place among the top 10 organizations in this category.

The Fortune Best Workplaces in Aging Services™ list is a competitive national ranking based on confidential survey responses from employees of Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations within the aging services sector.

In 2025, Vi achieved a companywide Trust Index score of 80%, marking a one-point increase from 2024. With an impressive 92% employee response rate, the results reflect broad representation from across the organization. Based on these results, Vi has once again earned official Great Place to Work® certification at both the enterprise level and across all 10 community locations, marking the seventh time Vi has received this distinction since its first certification in 2018.

Employee feedback from this year’s survey further underscored Vi’s positive workplace culture:

  • 89% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed with the statement: “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work.”
  • 89% also agreed or strongly agreed with the statement: “I’m proud to tell others I work here.”

In addition, Vi continues to show strength in areas related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Notably:

  • 85% of employees agreed they are “treated as a full member here, regardless of [their] position” (up one point from 2024).
  • 88% agreed that “diversity is valued and respected here” (also up one point from 2024).

This includes the CNA Career Ladder Program, which empowers Certified Nursing Assistants to expand their skills through specialized certifications—from Alzheimer’s and dementia care to restorative nursing and aromatherapy—while providing regular evaluations and recognition for advancing along their career path.
